Refund & Returns Policy
At Topps Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

It is returned with all original packaging and accessories

You have proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)
Note: Certain items such as sealed trading card boxes/packs cannot be returned once opened, due to the nature of collectible products.
2. How to Start a Return

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return the item using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate — at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
